Starting Monday October 25th we will not be having regular classes at SPIN.

Fueled by a love of Ping pong and a desire to make Ping Pong players even more fit! Karen Nuccio has agreed to be the "In house" trainer at SPIN for a limited time.

Cost of a training session is $220 an hour Session will take place at SPiN and can be booked through LITA.
